developer_solver: help that matches the current operators

The node had no help. It now explains the per-frame chain between
Prev_Frame and OUT in the d/s dive target, which operators belong
inside and outside the solver by the design document's categories,
that Reset Simulation is needed after a definition or seed change,
that the chain is cooked by the simulation rather than directly, and
what each parameter does. Same version: nothing about the node's
behaviour or interface changed.
