developer_solver: Auto bounds on Color tabs

Each Color tab's Bounds is now a Fixed / Auto menu; Fixed shows the
Range pair as before, Auto maps the attribute over its own minimum and
maximum on the current frame, found by a detail pass before the
compositing wrangle. A constant attribute maps to the ramp's start.
Default Fixed, so existing tabs are unchanged; same version.
