developer_attribute_initialize: age toggles labelled by what they count

Age 0, Age 1 and Age 2 are now Saturation Streak, Saturation Total and
Accumulated Value, with tooltips naming the attribute each creates and
that Developer Vitality maintains it. Labels and help only; the
parameter names are unchanged.
