developer_attribute_initialize: dot and cross operands from a parameter

First Vector and Second Vector menus choose, for the Dot Product and
Cross Product sources, whether each operand is a point attribute or a
vector parameter beside it. Both default to Attribute, so existing
tabs are unchanged; same version. Verified headlessly against Python
for attribute/attribute, attribute/parameter, parameter/attribute and
parameter/parameter.
