otls: replace dummy children of renamed types across 29 assets

Children that pointed at type names from the old repos (im_delete::1.0,
l_s_galante::*, im_ramp_color, im_ramp_scalar, im_orient::1.0, im_normal,
im_reindex, im_grid, shapeshifter_*, lucas::dev::morphorotatevec,
lsg::dev::IMMMinvertmesh) loaded as incomplete Embedded definitions with
no contents. Each is now the current lsgalante:: equivalent with the same
name, wiring, flags and parameter values (55 replacements), and two
orphaned children with no connections were removed. Three of the old
children carried their contents inline (an unlocked im_skeletonize in
gem_skeleprep, a detangle in gem_mold_solver, morphorotatevec in im_bevel)
and now use the library definition instead.

Left as they were, since no replacement exists in the library: SideFX
Labs nodes in developer_vector_direct, gem_mold_flange, gem_mold_preprocess
and im_onion; l_s_galante::im_cull (largest/smallest piece) in
gem_flange_merge, gem_halo_merge and gem_mold_flange; lucas::dev::mycurve
in im_bevel; lucas::dev::imnearpoints in im_relax.
