feat: the DE's font families come from config.kdl, not fontconfig

read_preferred_fonts parsed ~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf, pulling seven
families back out of fontconfig's XML by alias. Four of those aliases
(`window-borders`, `status-interface`, `fuzzel`, `terminal`) were cce
inventions squatting in fontconfig's family namespace, written there by the
settings app's Fonts page, and by the end three were read by nothing at all:
window borders lost their text when titlebars went away, the status bar
resolves `module { font }` then `/style/status/font` and only then consulted
its alias, and fuzzel was replaced by cce-cloud.

The families now come from a `fonts { }` block in the shared config —
`sans_serif`, `serif`, `monospace`, `terminal` — so the tuple drops from
seven to four and no cce setting is left in fontconfig's namespace. Reading
the merged config means a per-app override works here, the same way the
status bar's font already did. fonts.conf remains fontconfig's own file and
still governs GTK/Electron apps; cce simply no longer reads or writes it,
which also ends the Fonts page's habit of rewriting that file wholesale and
preserving only its `<dir>` lines.

The fontconfig XML parser goes with it. The page itself, cce-terminal's
seventh-slot read and cce-status-interface's fallback rung are removed in
their own repos.

This was committed by accident inside the preceding toggle commit, whose
message describes none of it; split back out so the migration is findable.
