docs: the icons fallback is ~/projects/cce/cce-icons/svg, not ~/Dropbox

`icons_dir()` reads `$CCE_ICONS_DIR` and falls back to
`$HOME/projects/cce/cce-icons/svg`. This file named `~/Dropbox/cce/cce-icons/svg`,
a path that does not exist on this machine and never should: build inputs under
Dropbox are what wedged the sync engine once already.

Also layout.rs is 6853 lines, not ~5.7k. Still the largest file, which is what
the parenthesis is actually for.

System fonts are loaded only when `$CCE_LOAD_SYSTEM_FONTS` is set (or via
`create_font_system_with_system_fonts()`, used by the font picker). Configured custom font
families are validated at startup with a warning if missing.
