build: drop the unused glyphon declaration

The last of the retired wgpu-path residue, after the wgpu/bytemuck and
pollster/raw-window-handle sweeps. This crate never names glyphon: it
gets its FontSystem from cce_ui::create_font_system() by inference and
never spells the type, so it needs no text-library dependency of its own.

Crates that DO name a glyphon type (cce-files, cce-terminal,
cce-status-interface and others) keep theirs, as does cce-ui, which is
where the dependency really lives.

Nothing changes about what compiles — glyphon still reaches this crate
through cce-ui, and the workspace lock resolves byte-identically before
and after (531 packages, no version moved). Verified by building, which
is what caught a genuine pollster use a grep had missed earlier in this
sweep.
