Pin workspace dependencies to GitHub, the crates' origin

The pins named git.lucas.co, which since 2026-09-20 is only an hourly
mirror of GitHub: a rev pinned right after a push was unfetchable from
there for up to an hour, and the workspace root's [patch] keys had to
name the mirror too. Same revs, origin URL. The root patch block and
bump-revs.sh moved with it.
