feat: Edge Profile ramp — Style section reshapes the plate roll live

A second Style ramp drives cce-ui's new roll profile (the plate
perimeter descent), like Bevel Profile does the carve walls. The
untouched identity spec means the analytic quadrant — the roll's
identity would be a straight chamfer, unlike the carve ramp whose
identity is its analytic default — so only an edited curve installs.
