docs: point at the relocated workspace guide

The workspace guide moved out of the unversioned root into
cce-compositor/WORKSPACE.md, so this crate late reference now names that path
directly instead of ../CLAUDE.md, which is a bare pointer and no longer holds
the layout/multi-repo/build content this line promises.
