fix: the network cursor traces the DE corner shape
The cursor is a fill-less tinted plate now (cce-ui renders those as the
wrapped glint alone, on the plate's own roll) instead of a boss ring —
the carve band straddles the boundary, where superellipse corners round
off toward circles and small cell radii pinched.
