docs: main.rs is ~3.1k lines; install delegates to ccebuild

src/main.rs is 3134 lines, not ~2200 — the file grew 40% since the number was
written. "One file" is still true. And `make install` runs
`ccebuild install --no-build cce-data-editor`, not a copy of
../target/release/cce-data-editor into ~/.local/bin.
