feat: module { height } from the bar's config file sets bar_height

The app-file override block generalizes to a module_i64 reader (prop or
child-node KDL spelling) and gains height: module { height } in
~/.config/cce/cce-status-interface/config.kdl overrides the shared
layout { bar_height } for the segment height and the reserved strip
alike. Applies on ccectl reload like the spacing key.
