docs: CLAUDE.md — scroll_region.rs is gone, ScrollRegion is the toolkit's

The file list still named src/scroll_region.rs, deleted in 74f9ad4 when
the app took cce_ui::widget::ScrollRegion. Also drops a rotted main()
line number, refreshes the line count, and notes the list's hover row.
